MD / Creative Director
A seasoned design and interactive marketing professional, Dom has a track record of delivering successful digital solutions to a broad range of clients in sectors such as finance, travel, retail and entertainment.
Prior to founding Flame Digital in 2004, Dom's natural leadership abilities were honed through heading up two large interactive units within successful advertising agencies.
As MD and Creative Director he focuses on account planning, and developing marketing strategies for clients, while remaining the primary creative force within Flame Digital.
Technical Director / Finance Director
Jim's natural affinity for technical services has seen him become something of an authority on XML and web technologies. In these fields he has authored or co-authored several best-selling books, in addition to spending time speaking and reviewing others peoples works. He is a co-organiser of the popular XML Prague conferences (www.xmlprague.cz) and contributes to several OS projects.
In his 20 years of commercial software development work, Jim's passion and ability in the field has seen him be technical director of companies such as Carat Interactive and Poppe Tyson UK (Modem Media), at their time two of the world's largest interactive agencies; including a string of high profile appointments with many international blue chips and worldwide brands.
Presently he heads up the technical office in Prague and serves as board director.

Non-executive Director
David comes from a a technical systems background, but has rapidly scaled the corporate ladder. He has experience derived from working in a wide range of business environments including larger corporates such as BT and British Gas - and alongside smaller start-ups and 'world-first' companies. This has given him a unique and varied insight into many different aspects of business, skills that he actively applies in his role at Flame Digital.
Design Director
Jon has a long standing love affair with the visual medium. Hailing from a fine art background and possessing a perfectionist nature, he has spent the past ten years sharpening his web design skills in across a variety of different projects.
Jon's career began with companies such as Nokia and Marconi, working on early intranet and extranet projects. Since then his design experience has diversified to include work within many industries including tourism (Eurocamp, Parkdean Holidays, Keycamp, Blackpool and Kent Tourism), telecoms (Motorola, Intervoice, Nokia) and charities (NSPCC, Cancer Research and the British Heart Foundation).
Possessing a natural passion, and inclination for the work and ideas, also means Jon is the employee most likely to carry a pencil.
Account Manager
Barry's career began at an online sports publishing company. Here he oversaw the launch and running of franchise sites and soaked up best practice of project and account management.
Natural ability and a love of sport aided Barry when he began working for FIFA in Switzerland overseeing the launches of the World Cup 2002 site and FIFA.com. His skills were proven when the World Cup site smashed the world records for traffic and user interaction for any event website. Moving back to the UK, Barry led client relations and project delivery within the interactive arm of a full-service ad agency.
Barry joined Flame in 2006 relishing the opportunities on offer. As Account Manager he is first port of call for the majority of clients - and instantly recognizable as the employee wearing a suit.
